Our Estate Administration Practice

Books

These beautiful leather-bound volumes, dating from 1791 through 1885, are the only law books we have in our almost wholly paperless office. We have kept these books because their contents have not yet been scanned and posted online.

It can seem overwhelming to figure out what steps need to be taken after a loved one passes away. Grossman Ripps & Albert can help executors and administrators of non-taxable estates navigate the probate process in an efficient and economical manner, in both Vermont and New Hampshire.

We are also often called upon by out-of-state fiduciaries to help them transfer property located within Vermont and New Hampshire in what are known as ancillary estates.
