Our Small Business Law Practice

Our practice is committed to staying current not just in the realm of law, but also in terms of office equipment and procedures. For example, pictured above is one of our 50-page-a-minute copier-scanners; having two machines of this caliber gives us full redundancy.

Grossman Ripps & Albert can assist in creating LLCs (limited liability companies) for small business entrepreneurs and for investment property owners. We work with the secretary of state’s office in either Vermont or New Hampshire to obtain the proper documentation and then draft instruments appropriate for the particular LLC.

We are also happy to assist with contracts, banking issues, loans, and purchases and sales for LLCs, small corporations, and sole proprietors.
